Rajeev College of Pharmacy is committed to providing information to the public as per the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005. The following officers have been designated to facilitate the information process:

The Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) is the designated authority for receiving RTI applications and providing the requested information.

First Appellate Authority (FAA)

If an applicant is aggrieved by a decision of the CPIO, they may appeal to the First Appellate Authority.

How to Submit an RTI Request

  • Applications should be addressed to the **Public Information Officer (CPIO)**.
  • The application must be submitted along with the prescribed application fee (as per State/Central government rules), usually a **fee of ₹10/-** (Rupees Ten only) paid via Indian Postal Order (IPO) or Demand Draft in favor of the Institution.
  • The request must clearly specify the information sought.

All RTI applications should be sent by post or hand-delivered to the Institute's main administrative office.
